SkrapFit Cross Training

SkrapFit Cross Training is a strength and general conditioning program focused on high intensity physical training to improve every aspect of your fitness.  These 45-60 sessions can burn up to 1000 calories and focus on strength training, cardiovascular & respiratory endurance, speed, and power. 
These workouts are not simply cardio you will build strength and stamina.  These workouts are scaleable to meet the needs of any participant who wishes to improve their fitness levels.   Unlimited classes are 75.00 a month with no contract duration. There is no contract duration on memberships at Skrap House Fitness. Training is a luxury and shouldn't be tied to a contract, but flexible enough to meet the ever changing demands of your lifestyle. We do require a 14 day notice before your next billing cycle if you want to cancel your membership to allow for processing.
